Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Returns accepted within 14 days (UAE) / 30 days (international) if unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase; exclusions apply to perishables, digital, personalized, final sale, and opened hygiene items.
2.2 Defective or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours with photos for a refund, replacement, or store credit; we cover return shipping and process within 7–10 business days.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
Digital goods, gift cards, e-vouchers, perishables, and personalized products are non-refundable.
2.4 Refund Timeline
Refunds go to the original payment method in 7–14 business days (up to 21 for bank transfers); store credit in 2–3 days with email confirmation.
